::This post office is impossible and not worthy of DHL! Deutsche Post has to be ashamed of this location. Even in every kiosk with a parcel service you are treated better. The third time I was served so unfriendly or not served. Enough now ... hence my review. The employees are so unfriendly and not a bit trained in customer contact! Snooty, shabby and hard to put into words! I will report my impressions to the DHL headquarters in Bonn. It's really shocking!
