    Well, if you as a post office don't even know the postage for small packages or parcels, that's more than bad. I was supposed to pay a whopping 4.40 euros for a package instead of 3.79 euros ... When asked, I was informed that a package costs 7.50 euros ... After finding the relevant DHL website with the costs on my mobile phone, the overpayment was returned to me. But there was no apology (neither from the owner nor from the staff) - on the contrary, I was approached and felt like I had made the mistake! Never, ever again !!
