::I can't understand the bad reviews. I've never had any problems and have been coming to the Elz post office for years.

::My impression is that the employees have absolutely no desire to do their jobs. Especially the "house dragon" from today (April 13th) with her clumsy and stroppy manner. In addition, service and friendliness are foreign words in this branch. What you as a customer get to feel here, whether you want it or not, for free, is the full force of aversion.

::So I can't understand the negative reviews here. Yes, the opening times are not the best. But I have always been treated kindly here and any concerns have been dealt with quickly and properly. I would bring my packages here again at any time.

::Underground opening hours. If you can't make it during the week, you can expect customer-friendly opening times at least on Saturday. But if it doesn't open on time even then, you should consider giving up this service. I stood in front of a closed door at 10:10 with about 10 other people waiting. You have to keep in mind that the branch is only open until 12 p.m. anyway. Unavailable by phone and no one answers the bell. An absolute joke!!!

::Disappointed once again! Due to rush hour traffic, I arrived there at 5 p.m. with a package that had already been paid for. It wouldn't have bothered me if they had put it on the counter and only scanned it the next day for further transport. The package driver just came out laughing and said, "You're late." The shutter went down and that was it. In all seriousness they locked the door and I had to drive to Görgeshausen. This branch is the best in the area. Elz can be forgotten.
