::The woman at the checkout is friendly, but you can't have to wait that long if you "just" want to send/pick up a package. Either you should hire more staff or find another solution.

::The post office in Brackenheim is an unreasonable burden for customers and staff. Despite the queues of 10 to 15 people, a very nice employee who does her best. But it can't be the case that you have to wait 15 minutes (an understatement) to buy stamps etc. That's a false economy.

::The employee is friendly and helpful. However, he also loses his calm with large snakes. Is alone in the branch on a Friday afternoon. Terrible!
