::We've been there several times but that's enough now. Rude, not customer oriented in any way, unnecessary instructions. Can also confirm that there are cheeky attempts to sell packages as bulky goods!!. So I'm happy to take the detour to Burgdorf.

::Impossible! Dropping off packages here always costs extra: millimeters are discussed and bulky items are often charged for the wrong color of the packaging. Price increases are also often calculated before the start date. You should always know which shipping method is required and then insist on it. It's too tiring for me now, I'm going to Uetze or Burgdorf!
