  A 5 star branch. I've been to a lot of different branches, but the lady at the counter is simply brilliant. Her friendliness and advice is top notch. She's also helpful. I think if someone like that worked in every branch, the post office would be happy. In this branch you can even pick up the packages on the same day.

  It's now a complete disaster and we only visit it in emergencies. Extremely unfriendly ladies who are also incompetent and take out their frustration about their own incompetence on the customer in the form of rude comments. Things used to be different and people enjoyed visiting the branch. Employees sometimes arrive massively late in the morning (30 minutes) and there are knocks at the door. Today (Saturday December 2nd) a young lady who is in training was left alone with the entire branch and had to contact the "boss" for almost every customer, as she said, because she had not yet been sufficiently trained. Something like that on a "St. Nicholas weekend" where it's clear from the start that it's going to be full... I stood in one place for 35 minutes (outside in the frost) as the entire interior area was full of waiting people. Then it's better to close the store completely and go to another branch directly instead of having to go through that...
