::A definitely underrated DHL store. Also with equipment for young students. Workers are friendly and also help (young) people without experience in parcel shipping.

::Very unfriendly staff. Collect the package with authorization? Not possible, will not be given out despite the ID being given, but will be bullied. A complaint is also filed with DHL. It's best to have it sent to a collection box from the front before it ends up in this store.

::I almost have to laugh at the reviews because they reflect my experience 1:1. When my DHL package is delivered there, I think OH NO!!! Absolutely unfriendly employees who are full of misanthropy and only have contemptuous looks. But even worse is the inability to find packages. I really don't understand the problem - aren't the packages sorted alphabetically? Is there seriously no tried and tested system??? It takes ages looking, looking, left, right - then I get asked why I don't say that my package was redirected from a packing station. This is really a joke. But honestly, no one needs to complain if such branches are soon replaced by automated systems and artificial intelligence. I'm looking forward to it and am happy to forego this “personal contact”.

::I always form my own opinion, I have to say that I can now understand the criticism. I went to the post office to get a package and said "good morning", nothing came back. Then I said no. I was looked at stupidly. Then I got my package and again no "please" no "goodbye" . Of course I was asked for my ID. But like this: “ID”!! Not even the ID please. There is no trace of friendliness. I think they allow you to do that because there will always be something going on there. Unfortunately. I wouldn't go if I didn't have to.
