::Would like to make a return for DHL-Express Worldwide. I was told that I could return this package to any post office. The employee with blonde hair and braces took the package, examined the package half-heartedly and promptly gave it back to me with the arrogant words, “We don’t do that here.” When I asked why not, she said that I couldn't get a receipt and that I should go to a large branch. Then she grinned maliciously at me. Customer-oriented actions and customer friendliness look different. VG!

::Worst post ever. Two women who work there argue with almost everyone who wants to send something there. Arrogant, unfriendly and incompetent. The woman with long blonde hair should be fired for her rudeness and incompetence. I sent my packages to another post office without any problem... but she told me that she wasn't shipping my packages and also argued with a man who was standing in front of me... a complete waste of time.

::So I can only say that the young blonde-haired woman was very competent and helped me to stamp the package sufficiently and it arrived on time, thank you very much again

::The employees on site are really bad. Standing around, talking privately and as a customer you wait. Then you want to send something, you get a stupid look and ask what's in the envelope. It's absolutely none of the employees' business what's in my mail. I would have trusted the young lady (blond) to open my mail after I left. I'm sorry, but that's not possible!

::Customer service is completely low. The lady with the blonde hair was very unpleasant. How can such people work at a customer service point... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
