::Package was not in the branch at the specified time. They took care of it and called me immediately. That's what I call customer-friendly. The branch does not have to worry about when which package arrives there. Simply great. I would love to come back

::Hi there, according to my DHL app there were 2 packages in the shop. When I was there, only one was found. After about 5 minutes I am back in the shop and suddenly the second package was there. Unfriendly staff. No thanks or please. Now have my parcels delivered in a different shop. This isn't the first time the employee has been rude.
