::Friendliness is the exception rather than the rule here. Most of the time there is a lot of happy chatting behind the counter while the bar is waiting outside.

::It's always a matter of luck whether you meet friendly staff or not. The corpulent lady with the brunette, medium-length hair was very unfriendly today. A friendly “Hello” only resulted in an annoyed look and nothing more. I think it's a shame that people are treated like that.

::We didn't like visiting this branch "back then", as many people have described because of the sometimes terrible unfriendliness. Since we moved, we have been here more often and a lot has happened. Now really very friendly and totally helpful! We are excited. Keep it up!
