::To be honest, this was the first bad experience with a German post office. The lady was very unfriendly and unable to give reasonable information. I had obviously done something wrong with a package and she didn't want to help me with my problem, saying: "I only accept packages here and can't tell you anything." If I stand in a post office as a representative of Deutsche Post, then I should also be able to provide information about prices and processes. It was just before closing time and we were probably in a hurry. Very unfortunate and nerve-wracking.
