  The way the older lady in the post office deals with customers is not acceptable. So rude to my daughter who wanted to drop off a package. Thanks to the younger woman who was nice and wanted to help. I would recommend a course #How do I deal with customers #or set an example for the younger ones! Complaint will go to headquarters tomorrow!

  Disgusting service. There was no notification that I should receive a package from DHL. Of course I wasn't at home. They left a message that my package was waiting for me at the post office. I came 3 days (!) later to pick up the package. And it turned out that my package was still in the car with the driver. They simply forgot to unload it at the post office all those days ago. And I was offered to come again the next day. Of course, there are no complaints to the employee who was at the post office - of course he cannot give me the package if it is not at the post office. But there is dissatisfaction with the other employees and the work organization. As a result, I did not receive my package on time due to staff errors and I have to spend time and money on travel expenses and go to the post office twice to collect my package. That is, I paid for the package delivery, the employees make mistakes, and for some reason I have to pay for their mistakes with my time and money...

  I was just there to pick up my registered letter. Nice employee. Can't understand some of the negative reviews. But maybe it always depends on how you approach people. So far I haven't had anything negative to say and I've been a customer for years.

  Terrible opening times! You expect a post office to be at least 6 p.m. every day. Closed here at 3 p.m.
