  Worst place in Nuremberg to collect a DHL parcel ! Been in Germany for over 2 years and this is the 1st shop where I was racially abused. The whole problem starts with DHL delivery , they don't deliver the parcel to my doorstep but expects me to collect it from this DHL centre which is 1km away from my Home. I could not Carry a physical copy of my Passport as the document is at an embassy for official purposes. I understand him not providing the copy without a physical document , but he started yelling and shouting "Learn German" , "I should not see you here" , etc etc when I requested for a solution. I tried explaining my situation to him and provided many solutions including digital copy of my passport/residence permit , physical copy of my statutory medical insurance , physical copy of my corporateID card , ID docs from my Home Country etc ,but he was not willing to listen. Definitely the worst service in Nuremberg and the kind of people that spoils the image of Germany Worldwide.

  I can only echo the negative reviews. The man in charge is absolutely unfriendly, rude, clearly even more with foreigner. I wish my packets could just be delivered to another pick up point to avoid meeting him. Once, Despite giving a copy of my ID and a letter with my signature he refused to give one of my packet to my friend. I have now to pay 2nd shipment. I cannot understand that with all negative feedback, this person is still working at the same place like nothing is happening.

  The owner is arguably the most unpolite person I'm met in my life. Wishing good luck to all the lucky customers that will have to deal with him!

  I normally don't write negative reviews (I understand that anyone can have a bad day), but this interaction was so extremely negative I had to comment. Everything happened a few weeks ago, but it still makes me angry whenever I remember that situation. The man in the store was very rude and verbally aggressive (literally shouting at me like I was a 5-year-old child). I was shocked that someone could talk to a customer (or just an average person) like that. I understand that my German is not great, but even if he got frustrated, it is still not an excuse to treat someone like that.

  Very very rude, horrible and aggressive owner, he hates foreigners. He shouted at me for 15 minutes explaining the rules in Germany because I dared not to have cash. I owed him 20 cents that I came later to bring him. He still shouted at me saying that he should have reported me to the police for the 20 cents that I brought him a bit late. @DHL this needs to be investigated. This shop needs to be shut down.
