::This postal agency is a complete disaster. The older lady is very unfriendly (should work on dealing with customers). Long waiting times at the door (even in the rain or cold) because the lady prefers to have stimulating private conversations with other customers. You often get stupid and flippant answers to questions you have. Cannot recommend this store. Rating with 1 star because 0 stars is unfortunately not possible.

::I recommend another post office, the two older ladies have no idea what they are doing, I have 4 packages that you can simply hand over to DHL without having to be franked, the lady said it was an ups package, I drove an extra 15 km, it was delivered to ups It wasn't accepted either. Then I went to another DHL branch where the packages were accepted without any problems!!!!

::The employees in the branch are very nice and are happy to answer questions. However, the DHL couriers who deliver near here are outrageous. Parcels are either left in front of the house (without a drop-off permit) or, as has been the case the last 5 times, the pickup slip is just thrown in without ringing the bell. In addition, the employees don't seem to be able to keep up with the processing. According to the pick-up slip, ready for collection from 3 p.m. And the DHL app says “ready for pickup” what now? Either there is something wrong in the system or someone is too slow.
