::I want to complain about the person serving the store. I have always made shipments to Spain and the Spanish company issues a label so that it can be shipped from Germany to Spain. The collection is manufactured by the company from Spain. You always received the package in this store and sent it to Spain. Today it turns out that the person serving there at 5pm told my husband that he couldn't serve him because he had to count coins and that he should come back in 10 minutes. My husband accepted and told him he would be back in 10 minutes. My husband actually came back 10 minutes later and when the manager saw the label he didn't know what to do because he was traveling to another country (Spain) and told my husband to come back the next day for someone to ask others. Couldn't you call someone? It wasted my husband's time and he also had to return home with the heavy 9 kilo package. The person really didn't do anything to serve the customer well. It leaves a lot to be desired.
