  Since Lotto Toto Carkci took over the post office at Zur Beckhove next to Edeka Abaza beverage market from November 2020, I have been happy to drop off and pick up my parcels at the post office. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And you know what they're doing. In such a short time they already have a lot of specialist knowledge. There are also a lot of parking spaces and you can park there for free. If there are problems, the employees explain the situation and ask for your understanding. A package did not arrive at my store to be picked up according to plan, although I had the certificate. However, the staff explained everything to me, as the driver can sometimes be late. I came later or the next day and the package was there. I think it's very good that the post office is now there. The shop is also open non-stop. I always enjoy being there, also to play the lottery.

  Package has been there for a week. Shop closed, no information. Not the first time ... last time there were stupid comments on top. Service 1/10 Employees 0/10 (unmotivated, lazy and unreliable)

  This post office at Krayerstraße 213 is a complete disaster. The employees are unfriendly, incompetent and almost permanently absent. The post office was closed 3 times in the past week without notice. Incredible the store.
