  Opening hours are very inconvenient. It’s a pity that there is not a single day when you can come after 18:00 or on Saturday, for example. For some reason my parcel was not accepted at all. I didn't understand why. In another (familiar to me) post office they accepted the same parcel without any problems. There was no desire to repeat the negative experience, so I now send parcels at the Altenstadt post office...

  I'm glad to have a post office in town. I can't confirm the unfriendliness either. But the opening times are a nuisance and I was politely but firmly rejected by Postident. But I also got a direct reference to the post office in Waldsiedlung. So conclusion: friendliness OK, availability and range of services not so much.

  Unfortunately, the lady is completely overwhelmed with everything. Competence is something else!!! Some packages are too big for her and she can't store them, she said. Incomprehensible. Sufficient for the few older people in Rommelhausen 😉 I prefer to drive a little further 😊

  I don't understand how this post office or the owner can be considered friendly. Every single time we go into the post with an open mind and motivation, we invariably come out frustrated after contact with the owner. We have rarely experienced such unfriendly service.
