Staff friendly and helpful, even if, during the holiday season, only one employee has to run the shop. 👍 The Burscheider branch/Lindenpassage, on the other hand, doesn't need to work... ::Absolutely terrible service. DHL refuse to deliver most of the parcels to my door or ring the doorbell. I had on an occasion had to hire an uber car to pick up the parcels at dhl, as it was too heavy for me to carry home. And then they still charge me for this. The people that work there are also rude and unhelpful. They will all be crying when amazon takes their jobs. When you treat your customers with contempt, you will gladly be replaced by an alternative. I avoid using this DHL whenever possible. I have nothing good to say about them.
