::The opening times are now so miserable, only open from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and not on Saturdays, as it is generally closed. Why is this branch still operating? Not usable for the normal working population anyway. And if you do have time, it is guaranteed to be closed on that day. Complete service desert.

::Small post office in the village. Apart from cash, all postal functions are actually offered: stamp sales, dropping off/picking up parcels, postal identification. Since it is only a branch with 5 square meters of space and 1 employee, it takes a little longer when there is a rush. But I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. I've experienced worse things, for example at the post office on Schlossplatz in Stuttgart. Opening hours almost exclusively in the morning from 9 a.m. are of course bad for employees. Due to a lack of employees, it's obviously only open once a week in the afternoon. I would like to work twice a week in the afternoon from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and in the morning instead.

::Very nice employee, despite the branch being full, she keeps an overview and is friendly. Keep it up!

::Very helpful and friendly. I will always give you good advice. The only thing that isn't great at the moment is the long waiting times.

::No post office takes that long to deliver a package. Opening hours are maximum. Employees are unfriendly and quick is not possible. If the DHL driver then picks up the goods, there is a complete standstill for the time being instead of continuing to serve customers at the same time.
