::The best post office with the friendliest and most competent employees. You also take the time for a short chat. I was always annoyed when I had to pick up my packages, but I really enjoy going to this branch. Keep it up 👌👌

::Today my wife dropped off an online franked package at the Franken-Optik post office. When she asked for the posting slip, which is a matter of course, the boss there said that that was no longer possible because he had been too quick for that. Besides, she is the only one who would demand this. He should think about the fact that the principle of step by step exists. If something goes wrong when recording the handover, then my package is gone, I only have a receipt for the franking paid and not for the handover. Providing the recipient with the online tracking number of the package does not mean that the package has been handed over to the post office! You can't rely on the boss's statement that you could see it via the email, especially since the first email (only a franking printout) does not contain this information. A subsequent email reaches me too late or possibly not at all because internet access is not possible (internet failure, PC failure, etc.). A phone call to clarify the matter with the boss ends with the boss hanging up. I recommend that he should work on his ability to take criticism; he has no need for arrogance, he can do that. I then picked up the package, re-franked it (double the cost) and dropped it off at another post office, where I received a posting slip without being asked. In this day and age you have to be able to afford to treat customers like that.
