::Pretty small post office. It is tidy and barrier-free accessible. Often, especially after the lunch break, the customers pile up all the way outside. Unfortunately there is only one switch. But the employees are friendly and very helpful. However, if you come by right at the start of the lunch break, you will end up standing outside.

::I was able to drop off my package this morning before the official opening time! 👍👍👍 My absolute Lueblings post office! They are always friendly there, give valuable tips and know the names of the customers. Also give more than 5 stars.

::I was there again today and I noticed a small display with a small piece of paper with a QR code on it asking for a review - no sooner said than done! So far I have ALWAYS been treated very friendly and courteously and everything can and has been solved to my satisfaction! The employees are polite, always have a nice smile and are free of prejudices! (As a tattooed, red-haired “Asi”, I’m used to something different! 😉) That’s why I can say with certainty that no one will be “insolent” here as long as you don’t provoke it yourself! As it calls into the forest, it also rings out! This saying applies everywhere in the world! So I can highly recommend this post office and look forward to my next visit!

::Good evening everyone, When we talk about the employee who my 6 year old son and I were with, then I have to agree: absolutely out of place, intolerable! Not only did she only hand over my package after threatening to call the police because my hair color was different on my ID card. No, to top it off, my son asked me in the car on the way home why the woman had been so unfriendly, you don't do that! Even he can behave better! From now on, if possible, we will have everything delivered to Zülpich. The branch and especially the employees there are really great!!! greeting

::Absolutely the very last thing, my girlfriend sent me with authorization to pick up two packages, of course I forgot my ID card. But just to be on the safe side, I always have a photo of it on my cell phone in case of such cases. I wanted the employee to take a photo of mine Show my ID, my passport photo is clearly visible, but I'm still sent away. My girlfriend should come herself, very funny if she is in the hospital she definitely won't come herself!! I would have really appealed to the employee's goodwill! Who couldn't even read the card correctly and only brought one package to the front instead of two!
