  well, one star is still too much for this post office. unfortunately it doesn't work without it. Parcels are only picked up by DHL once a day. that is outrageous and an unreasonable expectation. expect a package that was posted 24 hours ago. unfortunately too late according to the employee. DHL arrives at 2 p.m. and the rest stays on the line. for comparison ... another parcel was posted yesterday at 6:35 p.m. in bremen and was here today at 2:30 p.m. Unfortunately, Olfen doesn't seem to need a decent post office. the tracking also says after 30 hours that the parcel is still in olfen although the employee says the said parcel is no longer in the branch ... since 11 hours. who is lying there? all in all unreasonable, false (according to the deliverers there, the DHL truck comes later to also pick up parcels from corporate customers) and therefore this position and the service has not earned a penny from good criticism. edit: after the third day, the package from monday is finally displayed in the distribution center in hagen. there is only one conclusion ... this lying counter-agent in olfen hid the package and only gave it to the truck today because she simply messed it up .. otherwise it would have turned up before. sucks the employee
