::If there was the option of not awarding a star at all, I would definitely choose this! Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent, apart from that, there has recently been something called DATA PROTECTION! What I send to whom, on whatever platform, is nobody's business, but in my previous sentence I already criticized the competence of the nice and fortunately not overburdened aunt at the counter! That was my first and definitely last visit to this branch - just unheard of and absolutely outrageous! So if you don't want to let your mood spoil because some people were completely wrong with their choice of profession, it is best not to set foot in there!
