  I would like to express my opinion in general. I'm happy with the post so far except for a few small things. But I think we all have a bad day sometimes. But the most important thing for me is that you have to insure each package separately so that it doesn't get lost. That's not a service for me, as postage is already expensive enough. I've also had a package get lost and if no insurance is paid then no investigation will be carried out. Even without insurance, the post office should keep an eye on every package and investigate.

  Was dealt with unkindly by Ms. Beinecke today. It was probably due to the heat. She definitely needs to cool down.
