::Refuses to accept a package 5 minutes BEFORE closing time. Instead you get barked at. Not unfriendly but rude.

::Service was mostly good. Letter posted at the branch a few days ago was returned due to missing postage. If I wanted to complain to the branch, I had to pay the postage again despite proof. One less customer. A pity.
