::Terrible! The lady tries hard, but at the end of the day it doesn't help me if the service isn't provided. According to the notification (email), the delivered packages should already be at the post office, unfortunately this was not the case and even after appearing several times (within 3 days) the packages could not be handed over. I ask for a restructuring so that competent performance can be expected in the future.
