::If I wasn't on parental leave, I wouldn't be able to come pick anything up because the opening hours aren't compatible with regular working hours. Otherwise very friendly and understanding when I wanted to pick up a package, which then turned up at another branch.

::During the school summer holidays, the branch is only open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekdays. If you receive mail via cover letter, you can't even pick it up if you have to work on weekdays. What an impudence.
