::Unfortunately I had negative experiences with this branch. A package delivered here was so delayed due to the employee's ignorance of the DHL products that a replacement delivery was necessary in the meantime. I have to laboriously claim the additional costs associated with this back from DHL. A complaint on site is met with excuses and shrugs of the shoulders. Apparently you can't do anything for anything here, not even for your own actions. Original sound: “What else do you want here if you’re not happy? Why don’t you go there!” A recommendation that I don't want to withhold from others and that I'm happy to follow.
