::I have just moved to Östringen and today when I picked up the package there was a very unfriendly lady at work. The lady first acted as if she couldn't find my package because of my non-German name - her gestures were aggressive and her tone of voice was loud and when I opened her When she addressed her unfriendly manner, she said I was looking at her unfriendly. When I asked for her name so I could complain to the manager, she said she didn't have to tell me her name and that she was the manager. And on top of that she said I should pick up my packages somewhere else in the future! I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time and it was definitely the first and last time I set foot in this store!!

::Letter addressed incorrectly - corrected on site with the help of the employee. Change left behind - you will be informed about it straight away. And the spelled rolls are good too. 10/10

::A few years ago it was always a gamble with this branch. In the meantime, one or two things have changed for the better, not least thanks to new and hard-working new employees. The opening times are sometimes a bit unreliable as they tend to change at certain times of the year. But that is more of an exception. Occasionally you have to plan a little more time, as there is only one employee on site who looks after the post office AND the Hawe. But the service is always reliable.
