::Unfortunately only one star. The opening times are not suitable for working people. It also smells like cigarettes, which in my opinion is not possible. I'd rather drive a little further to the post office.

::Today I had a QR code in the DHL app to print out a parcel label. I wanted to take the parcel label with me so that I could put it on my parcel and hand it in the next day (at a packing station). So it was just a matter of printing out the parcel label. According to the seller, this wouldn't work because I would get a shipping receipt straight away. When I pointed out that the QR code would only give me the parcel label and that it shouldn't be scanned, the lady reacted with incomprehension. This would be possible in packing stations and large branches. But not with her. Complete. My suggestion to scan the app's QR code and see what appears on the PC was simply rejected. I then complained to the DHL hotline. This review serves as a warning to everyone with the same wish. I'm about to write a complaint email to DHL. This is, in my opinion, unreasonable. Unfortunately the lady is overwhelmed.

::I've never had any problems there. The only thing I always notice is that when the systems don't work properly, which the staff can't do anything about, the customers tend to react quite rudely and indignantly towards the staff. Perhaps one should not confuse the non-functioning IT structure with a lack of employee competence.
