::The opening times cannot be changed at the moment! But for all the people who don't understand that the post office is closed due to illness or that the opening times aren't right, then start working in the branch. (But don't get sick or it'll be closed again 😉) The position is currently available for afternoons. (Just apply if you want to change something) Otherwise, keep your mouth shut and accept that the employees can't help it that the post office doesn't have any staff.

::I have always received friendly and competent service there. Unfortunately, customers are quick to rate something poorly if something doesn't go according to their wishes. Dear people, think about it. Please also rate it if you received good service. The lady behind the counter also has her rules that she has to follow. The fact that the post office is suffering from a staff shortage is certainly not the employees' fault. Dear Deutsche Post AG, please ensure that the correct opening times are posted online and on notification cards. Then no one will stand in front of closed doors anymore. And tries to hire more staff.
