::Unfriendly gentleman, unfortunately my letter from another branch was not franked enough. According to the note from Deutsche Post, I would only have had to pay an additional €1.15 and the other stamp would retain its value. He had a different opinion and didn't want to read what Post au CH said. So I had to pay twice!
