::Well, yeah, I confirm, the person working there has their specific style of communication and I could see how it could trigger lots of people expecting super friendly american-style customer service. I can't complain much though! Went here several times to receive and send packages and there were no issues other than the style of communication. The man helped me to choose the package size and pointed out where to find Kleber, so I was satisfied. But yeah, sure, maybe just a bit more friendly on top of functional would be nice. Can't say anything about racism though.

::Pathetic and bitter old man. Shows no respect to clients. Other reviews were suggesting he was racist. That may have been the case since I’m a foreigner.

::I have read all the opinion, and wanted to go elsewhere, but finally decided to go there, i am from iran and know nothing of german, he talked to me in english with a good accent and in just a minute i post my parcel.

::The owner, Mr Völker, is the most angry, bitter, and spiteful person I’ve ever met. German post office needs to suspend his license. Why do they insist sending my packages there? I would much rather prefer them to be stolen from my door step.

::I went to the shop several times and all the time the grumpy old man has something to say. He is very unfriendly and I would also suggest racist as well. First experience, I went there at 17:40 to send a packet and he told me I have to do everything fast because he closes at 18:00! Honestly? 20 minutes to send a packet ? Then today i went with my son who was touching the gift cards and he said he shouldn’t touch the cards, really? My son didn’t damage or scratch them or anything he was pointing and touching some super Mario gift cards, no damage was done. I had to approach this old man and ask if he has a problem with my skin colour because on all 3 occasions I have been there, there’s always something he has to say. The second experience with this incompetent old man was when I wanted to send a letter and didn’t know how many stamps I needed to send the letter and he was very rude and impolite. This 1 star isn’t even worth it. They should shut down the place or find new and friendly management. Never again will I go to that place! Hell on earth! I wonder how come they have managed to stay open for so long. Maybe it’s high time people boycotted his store! Or have his license from DHL taken away!
