  Opening times are ridiculous and change spontaneously every day. You go there at 11 a.m. (open until 4 p.m.) and there is no one there. I couldn't pick up my package for 4 consecutive days. This branch urgently needs an overhaul

  The last few times I was there it was closed every time. A package was dropped off there for me one day and yesterday it was closed again. How are you supposed to pick up your packages there if no one is there?! You only have a certain period of time in which you can pick up the packages until they are sent back!! Yesterday there wasn't even any information appropriate. Then there are also the opening times, which are difficult for someone who goes to work to pick up or deliver packages/mail there anyway. It's a gamble every time you go there whether the branch is open or not. Very disappointing…

  So one star is really too many. The opening times are really the last joke, as has already been mentioned here several times. And then you arrive there on a Friday at 11 a.m. where it's supposed to be open, but no, everything is closed. Then you ask the tobacco stand when it will be open again, and you get a rude answer: “We don’t give out packages here!” And then they just said: “The colleague didn’t come to work today, didn’t report, and She doesn't know when the post office will be open again." So it's really the biggest joke of all, that's not my problem.

  A very small outlet run by typical postal employees: friendly and helpful, but not the fastest. Peak time are horrendous for waiting because it's the only postal outlet servicing the better part of Evershagen. Saturday they close earlier, at 2 in the afternoon.
