  Once again, different opening times due to illness, you only find out when you stand at the counter with your package. I think you have a personnel problem!!!! In addition, the friendliness often leaves something to be desired.

  Extremly bad. My two packages, which were demonstrably delivered there and also confirmed by the rude woman, are gone. Someone probably bagged it in a moment. — In any case, that wasn't denied when I expressed my suspicions to that lady's face. Can you imagine that? Already paid for it. That was a high value of goods. The research for me alone will be cumbersome, blah blah, time-consuming and in the end nothing will come up. Of course, no support was offered. Even though the store has proven to have failed in its mission. And the truly unfriendly temporary help didn't help me one bit - no help with solutions, no empathy, no sensitivity; and not even a little kindness in the midst of such shame; such a shame to have this kind of offense going on in your own business... and try to clarify with a shrug of the shoulders. It doesn't get more disrespectful than this. And how could it be more unprofessional than that, I ask a registered Deutsche Post Shop that, in short, has zero responsibility. In the end I didn't let myself be seduced by the good reviews, and you can stick the sticker on the front of the glass somewhere else.
