  Äääätzend, almost typical for post offices ... but here an employee is apparently very dissatisfied with her life or she has other problems that she cannot handle ..! Pretty nasty towards customers, likes to play when she doesn't particularly like a customer, and I still have to clarify whether this "lady" is entitled to my opinion! To withhold the pick-up slip without handing over the shipment ..! ??? Reason: ID card expired, certificate from the residents' registration office is not sufficient, the consignment is being sent back ... according to the statement by employee "E." ! Unfortunately, the Post / DHL complaints office is currently having technical problems and cannot take up my request yet ... "but try again in an hour" ... so ..!

  Paper is offered at the post office counter, but another cash register is responsible.

  The employees in this finale are always in a good mood and friendly to ensure that the parcels are always brought to this finale instead of to the customer and who are then angry, these employees do a good job and try to mediate in order to change further anger. Otherwise the ladies do a great job

  Very friendly staff, but usually a lady has to take care of the lottery ticket office AND the postage - they are usually really fast, but the waiting times are very often far from good and bad due to the crowds.
