  Unfortunately, employees and store managers are very incompetent. We were unable to print a receipt at the post office and provided information that was not correct.

  Unfortunately the waiting time is far too long. Up to 10 minutes is completely normal. I have already written an email to the store manager about installing a bell. Proposal was not accepted.

  I go there regularly because this branch is right near my home, but I get annoyed every time. Unfortunately, some employees are very unfriendly. The behavior of a certain employee in particular is outrageous! In addition, people look at you askance and talk to you in an annoyed way when you want to drop off packages, which is actually the purpose of a package collection point.

  You get your letters and packages sent. Staff unfriendly. Long queues at almost any time of the day
