::Worst post office in all of Germany. Very unfriendly employees and no communication possible. Hopefully the shop will close soon so that we only have the post office at Hohenlimburg train station. At least there you meet professional and trained employees.

::Sogar dieser eine Stern ist zuviel für diese unfreundlichen Arbeiterinnen die dort vor Ort sind... Die eine ist schlechter gelaunt als die andere und jede Frage die gestellt wird ist zuviel für die Arbeiterinnen! An Respektlosigkeit und Frechheit nicht zu überschätzen!

::Totally incompetent employees. They have not been able to find my parcel with a pick-up slip twice already, although it was already there (I know that because the pick-up slips were about 5 days old). In addition, my package was franked incorrectly despite the information about international shipping. According to the information provided by the employee, a complaint was not possible, but I was assured by the telephone customer service that the additional costs in my case will be borne by DHL. Conclusion: unfriendly, incapable of criticism and incompetent!
