::Horrible service!! I just wanted to pick up my package and then the guy couldn't find it, asked x times and even though he had it, he made a lot of excuses. Last but not least, I received a lesson. Unfortunately I have to give one star.

::My first review and then like this :-( It's sad that the man in the post station never knew the word service in his life. Unfriendly and insists on his established opinion. Other stations are doing much better. Unfortunately, the Poststation is dragging the good reputation of the Freese store into the mud. A pity

::Despite the fact that I have a pickup ticket and have been there several times, no package can be found and the man behind the counter is not aware of anyone's fault. No help and then tried to give me the wrong package. I've never experienced that before. The packages are lying in a mess on the floor everywhere, it doesn't make a good impression!!

::Terrible post office. The man at the counter seems to have found his hobby in the DHL terms and conditions. Every time I have to hand something in here, I'm given instructions on what's wrong with the package format or something similar. Then there are strange questions about what's in the package and on the way to the car it's thrown around a bit (caution, glass is even on the package?). All I want is to get rid of my package. If I'm looking for a very unpleasant conversation, I'll happily come back. All in all, I dread it every time I enter the store and go to the post office. Other post offices are much more pleasant. And even if my packages are sooooo badly packaged, they always arrive without any problems and anyway I don't have any problems like that at any branch. Crazy. I recommend avoiding the post office here.
