::Update. The post office has changed for the better. Most of the time a friendly lady or a quiet man is serving and both are friendly and do their job - if there are any problems they will help. And... the rude man with the side parting and tinted glasses is gone, thank God. Therefore, update to 5 stars.

::The worst post office there is!!! Listless employee who is too incompetent to hand out my package, if I hadn't been stubborn I would probably never have received it. First he gave me a completely wrong package, then I brought it back and he said, sorry, mine doesn't exist, I was unlucky and he couldn't do anything, then I looked at the tracking carefully again and showed him that my package was definitely there It was handed over there and scanned and I asked him to look again, which he did very annoyed and listless and actually my package was on the shelf in front of his eyes the whole time! Bravo! Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of your life! 👏🏼 Dear DHL team, please never leave my package in this store again!!

::Even 1 star is still too good for this branch! It's not the first time that I've left this branch dissatisfied and without my package and that's why it's urgently necessary to write a review! The employees are unfriendly, incompetent and uncoordinated! The employee (unkempt man with glasses) cannot properly read the pickup slip, which clearly has my name and address on it. Listlessly looked at 3 packages and said that mine wasn't there. I then kindly asked him to search thoroughly again. (it was supposed to have arrived there since 10am and I was there an extra 4 hours later) Then he showed me 2 strange packages! Data protection nil! How can you be so incompetent! I am very upset. In my job I also deal with people every day. Such behavior is unacceptable! You can't go through life like that! Never again

::I wanted to drop off two packages and was told I could only pay with cash. I left the packages there to get money (they were put aside). Then I paid. Now, a week later, one package has arrived and the other is still in the branch (according to status). Today I wanted to ask.. the branch was closed for technical reasons and the man behind the window didn't want to open the door.. finally I was handled in an unfriendly manner and my package wasn't even looked at (whether it was perhaps still "set aside") is in the branch. Now I have to write a complaint.
