::I hate the branch now. If you want to put yourself in a bad mood, go there. I have been self-employed for 10 years and bring my mail there almost every day: both packages and letters. Every time my standard boxes are re-measured (and sometimes a corner breaks, then you are told that the boxes don't fit, even though I buy extra maxi letter boxes and I also have a grid and slot from Deutsche Post at home, so I also check whether the boxes fit) and every time you get the feeling that the employees are seeing me for the first time. And it's been that way for years!!! And under no circumstances should you come with a question or problem. Incompetence to the power of three. Guys, just look at everything on deutschepost.de straight away, save your nerves. I wonder why the employees can't do that, probably because otherwise they'll do a good job and that's not possible. Unfortunately, the branch is closest to me, otherwise I would only go to the real DHL / Deutsche Post branches and not to such "collection stations".

She tried to convince me that it was more expensive. I was able to send it to another post office without any problems. And this didn't just happen once. Impossible employees.

The characters look and speak grimly and annoyed throughout, and that's the case every time.
