::Totally incompetent employee! Sometimes the package was too small for her, the other time there was too much scotch tape wrapped around the package so that it supposedly only went as bulky goods although it was significantly below bulky goods in terms of size and weight. In another DHL branch both packages were accepted without any complaints.
