  Not what it used to be by a world! Only the employee who already worked at the Schützenstrasse branch keeps the post office running properly there. What you can't say about the rest is that if there were an Oscar for rudeness and arrogance, the fat woman would easily win it! Basically, her maxi letters only fit through the largest possible (and most expensive) slot. If you come to get a package with a power of attorney, it will only be handed over to you grumpily and reluctantly. You behave as if you were the chairwoman of the supervisory board yourself. The way they treat customers there is absurd! Never again!

  The post office cannot be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness and arrogance. Especially the older employee, who thinks she is the post office in person, but she is just an employee in a village branch. She is always right and believes the post and the postal customers' money are hers Ownership.She is always confrontational and will simply walk away during a customer conversation if someone complains. She is reluctant to hand over packages, even with a power of attorney. I only go there when my friendly and nice younger colleague is there.
