::We have lived in Dillingen for four years and bring our packages to the post office here. However, the lady in the shop has been unfriendly to customers for at least as long and reflects her "never mind mentality" very clearly to the customer. It wasn't just me who noticed this. We don't want to come at all, it's just close. Now I had to watch as she threw my package (5kg) with the other packages. If it arrives damaged, I will take appropriate action. Throwing packages (!) is not possible, even if they are appropriately padded.

::The opening times are an absolute disaster for working people - i.e. most people. How are you supposed to pick up an important package here if it was dropped off there by DHL. Yes, maybe on Saturdays... It's just stupid if you would have needed it on Wednesdays.
