::Her answer is so rude, none of the ladies were friendly or helpful. I would like to know who I offended and with what, they felt threatened by what? Probably due to their own incompetence. If your company's service includes waving your finger in front of customers, that says it all. I told the lady to put her finger somewhere else, this is not an insult, but a reaction to an extremely primitive and ill-bred behavior that adult people with a little level of sophistication do not do. I will send a written complaint to the post office and I will definitely avoid this post office. The only thing I can think of is a service desert. P.S I've been a customer there for years and the only friendly employee there is the young man, I've never seen the two women with a friendly face.
