::I've been there several times now. The "older" lady with the glasses and long hair is always very unfriendly, gossips about customers (says to the colleague, who can read has a clear advantage, that was still harmless, every time I have to go there, which is rare , something new is coming). I always stay friendly, you really don't have to condescend at such a level, and that's not how I was brought up. All other employees are always very friendly and accommodating. Then 2x high-quality parcels that were specially delivered there and that, according to the messenger and app, also arrived. I would love to never go there, but unfortunately it has to be every now and then. Apart from that everything is alright.
