::I would prefer not to give a point at all. Ms. K***** exhibits subterranean behavior. It feels like it is said in general terms that the package is: - Too big - Too small - underfranked - Sheet not filled out correctly Etc. You come in, hand over the package and the second you say: We can't do it like that. In a tone and manner that is really an impudence. In the 20 minutes you have to wait each time, you can already see the customers standing in front of you. Unfortunately it is already so well known in Zarrentin. I wonder why there is such disrespect towards customers there.
