::Actually nice staff, if it weren't for this smaller older lady. Permanently unfriendly and really just didn't accept my pre-paid 10kg package because it was 130g!!!!!! It was too heavy! This is Germany, no tolerance or goodwill. I got rid of it at another branch without any problems.
