::Absolute incompetence!!! I made 3 returns and only one was refunded because the old one who works there apparently can't do her job. For the future, young woman, YOU have to scan ALL the return numbers and give you a tracking number for all returns to take home! Which is more than logical, because how else would Amazon know which shipments belong to it. I will come back today... .... and woe betide my problem is not solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it was somehow not to be expected otherwise... The staff was rude, rude, incompetent, didn't understand anything, let alone helped me to solve the problem!!! Although the fault was with the incompetent staff!!! What's more, I wasn't even allowed to express my concerns, the old one interrupted me straight away, as I said, cheeky and rude!!! In this store, your returns will be stolen ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Be careful⚠️⚠️⚠️ Better drive to colorful cow if you want your money back.
