::Hello, your delivery person was with me today (Theodor-Storm-Str.6). Since I was in the shower, I heard his doorbell ring but was a little late. He had already put a notification in my mailbox. He was just going to the Postbus, with my packages in my hand. I showed him the notification and said he could give me the packages now. He said that was no longer possible because he had already scanned it. Now I can go to the collection branch to get my packages .It's a disgrace what the delivery people allow themselves to do.Customer service looks different.
